How do I connect Instagram without sharing my password?
Official Instagram connection, permissions, security tips and connection checks.
Accounts connect through the official Meta flow. For a normal connection, Magic Super Manager does not ask you to type your Instagram password into its own form.

Before you start
- Sign in to the browser with the account authorized to manage the page.
- If you manage several accounts, decide which page to connect first.
- Enable Instagram two-factor authentication where possible.
Steps
1 — Open Instagram Accounts
Choose Add or Connect Account from Instagram Accounts in the dashboard.
2 — Continue to the official page
The browser opens the official Meta or Instagram page. Check its address and sign in there.
3 — Approve permissions
Review and approve the permissions required for Magic Super Manager features.
4 — Return to the dashboard
After approval, you should return to Magic Super Manager and see the connected account.
5 — Check the active account
If you manage multiple pages, choose the correct active or default account.
Useful tips
- Enter your password only on the official Meta or Instagram page.
- After connecting, test a simple message or content read.
- Revoking a permission later may stop some features.
Troubleshooting
- If the account does not appear after returning, restart the connection from the same section.
- If only some features work, permissions may be missing or expired.
How to check a successful connection
After returning from the official page, match the connected account name to the intended Instagram account. Select that account for a small test and check the result in the dashboard. Appearing in the account list alone does not prove that every feature works; test the feature you need separately.
