This public page explains how to request deletion of information processed by Magic Super Manager, including information obtained through authorized Instagram / Meta integrations.
1. How to submit a request
Open the Contact section of your Magic Super Manager account or contact our support team through the public support link below. State that you are requesting personal data deletion, and identify the Magic account or connected Instagram account involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens or verification codes. We may ask you to verify account ownership before proceeding.
2. Disconnecting Instagram
You can remove the connected Instagram account from My Accounts and revoke Magic Super Manager access through the relevant Meta/Instagram settings. Disconnecting stops future access through that authorization, but does not necessarily remove already stored conversations, comments, publishing records or contact CRM data. Request deletion separately if you also want stored records reviewed for removal.
3. What we review for deletion
Depending on the account and the services used, this may include connected social-account identifiers and tokens, cached profile and media information, direct messages and story replies, comments, audience/contact records, automation history, analytics snapshots, drafts and uploaded content. We evaluate records across the applicable Magic services and connected systems.
4. How requests are handled
After verifying the request and the relevant account, we review the information held, remove or anonymize eligible personal data, and address connected authorizations. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, legal compliance, accounting or dispute resolution. Deletion from Magic does not delete content or messages held by Instagram itself. We will not report a deletion as complete until the relevant actions have been performed.
5. Requests sent through Meta
When Meta sends a valid signed data-deletion request to our callback, a tracking reference is issued and the status link supplied in Meta’s response shows whether the request is pending, under review or completed. If we cannot safely match Meta’s app-scoped identifier to an account, we may need additional account-ownership verification.
6. Privacy policy and support
For details about data categories, purposes, service providers and retention, read our Privacy Policy. To follow up on a request, use the Magic support channel and provide your confirmation code if you have one.
