Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

By using Magic Super Manager, you agree to the following terms governing access to the panel and its content-management and publishing features.

1. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and activity performed through your account. Providing false information, accessing another person’s account without authorization, or bypassing security controls is prohibited.

2. Connected Social Accounts

Any social account you connect must be connected with the account owner’s authorization. You are responsible for having lawful and authorized access to accounts connected to the service.

3. Content Publishing and Scheduling

You are responsible for content you upload, schedule or publish. Publishing may rely on third-party APIs and platform limits, so successful publication cannot always be guaranteed.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate the rights of others, distribute unlawful content, abuse permissions, interfere with technical systems, bypass restrictions, or perform activity that violates connected-platform rules.

5. Third-Party Services

Some features depend on services such as Google, Instagram, infrastructure providers or payment processors. Changes to those services or their policies may affect Magic Super Manager functionality.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but outages, maintenance, API limits, third-party platform changes, or events outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

7. Suspension or Restriction

Access to some or all features may be restricted or suspended when necessary because of abuse, a security risk, violation of these terms, or operational requirements.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

Features and these terms may change as the product develops. The latest version will be made available on this page.

9. Contact

For questions about these terms or account-related issues, use the Contact section in the panel.

At the current stage of the product, some features may be experimental or enabled progressively.
