Is using Magic Super Manager safe for my Instagram page?
Official connections, account security and Instagram and Meta permissions.
Connection security depends on the platform and your own Instagram and Meta settings. Magic Super Manager uses the official connection flow and does not collect your page password in its own form.
What you will learn
Follow a basic security checklist for the account and its connection.
Before you start
- Enable two-factor authentication.
- Keep page administrator access limited and clearly assigned.
- Sign out of unrecognized devices.
Steps
1 — Connect through the official flow
Start from Instagram Accounts and sign in on the official provider’s page.
2 — Review permissions periodically
Investigate unfamiliar apps or access grants.
3 — Manage team access
Give each person only the permissions their role requires.
4 — Review active sessions
If a sign-in looks suspicious, review Instagram sessions and change the password.
5 — Test after security changes
Password or permission changes may require reauthorizing the connection.
Useful tips
- Do not store passwords in messages, notes or flows.
- Follow major security changes with a connection test.
- Retain only necessary sensitive contact information.
Troubleshooting
- If features stop after a password change, reauthorize the account connection.
- If only one administrator has a problem, check their Meta permissions.
