How can I find answers faster in the Help Center?
Search by feature name, error type or the action you want to perform.
The Help Center searches titles, descriptions and article text. A short, precise phrase usually works better than a long sentence.
What you will learn
Find relevant articles quickly and know what details to keep when diagnosing an error.
Before you start
- Know which dashboard section you are using.
- Keep the important part of an error message.
- Decide whether you need instructions or troubleshooting.
Steps
1 — Start with the feature name
Try “Smart Direct”, “Content Planner”, “Communication Center” or “Smart Studio”.
2 — Add the action
For example “comment to DM”, “video upload”, “follow condition” or “publish now”.
3 — Search the main error phrase
Use the essential word or concept instead of a long error dump.
4 — Use a category
Narrow many results to the relevant category.
5 — Use the article’s contents list
Jump directly to the section or step you need.
6 — Follow the dashboard link
Direct links in guides take you to the related dashboard section.
Useful tips
- Short searches work better than very long questions.
- Use the feature names shown in your selected dashboard language.
- Keep the error time, account and affected step.
Troubleshooting
- If there are no results, shorten the phrase.
- For similar results, first choose the article in the category matching your current dashboard section.
